Athlone Fashion Trail kicks off on Saturday, October 1st with a thrill and buzz around Autumn Winter Collections in the best of Athlone’s retailers.

We will be hosting two fashion shows at 11.45am and 4.45pm. With specials treats for all that pop in for our Fashion Shows, we’ll see you in store on Saturday, October 1st for Athlone first Fashion Trail. 

Top lingerie brand and a favourite to our customers at Burgess, Panache have unveiled its new Modelled by Role Models campaign featuring six inspiring women including an aid worker, a cancer survivor and a knife crime campaigner.

Members of the public were asked to nominate their role model: someone they know who inspires them and makes them want to be the best version of themselves, as part of Panache Lingerie’s Modelled by Role Models campaign for 2016.

The lingerie company received 7,000 nominations but they whittled them down to just six women. 

The final line-up includes Danish aid worker Anja Loven, Canadian born plus-size model and cancer survivor Elly Mayday, and anti-knife and gang campaigner Eliza Rebeiro, from Croydon.

The other three, are Polish blogger and author Sylwia Blach, fundraiser Emily Findlay who has raised money for charities across Scotland, and Jayne Hurditch, co-founder of the Sheffield charity Amy’s House.
