Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions

Limitations of Use
The Burgess Loyalty Card remains the property of Burgess.

Earning points
Points are rewarded when the card is presented at time of purchase. 1 point is earned for every €1 spent instore, except in some concession departments and on gift vouchers.

Redeeming points
The value of each point is .01c. You may redeem points when you have a registered card with a minimum of 500 points – simply present your card as part or full payment for your next purchase. Points are not transferable, no change will be given nor can points be exchanged for cash.

Replacement Cards
Burgess cannot be responsible for safeguarding points on your card if it is lost or mislaid. If your card is stolen please inform a member of staff who will ask you to fill out a new application form.

Termination of Account
Where a card is not used for a 12 month period it will be deemed null and void and all points on it will be lost.

Modification and Termination of the loyalty card programme
Burgess reserves the right to terminate the scheme at any time. Burgess reserves the right to change or cancel offers at any time.

Customer Data
Data given to Burgess will not be passed onto any other party. Customer’s participation in the programme constitutes the customers acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
